Greensteam Australia is looking for enthusiastic and outgoing staff to join their growing and progressive team of (non-chemical) Natural Area Field staff. If you love working in the great outdoors, are self-motivated and have a good attention to detail we probably have the role for you. No prior experience is necessary.

This is your opportunity to enter a career in natural landscape management. We are currently seeking

Environmental Field Technician within our field team- These positions are entry level graduate roles.

Field Team leader– These roles require a Traffic Management Certificate* and an ability to be punctual and prepared with an impeccable driving record.

Environmental Field Supervisor– This hands-on role requires a natural leader with demonstrable experience in plant identification, natural area maintenance and small plant care and maintenance.

*Or an undertaking to achieve one during your initial training period. Mandatory Requirements

• Available to work 5 full workdays per week (7am to 3:30pm).

• Own reliable personal transport.

• Experience with small motors (Brush-cutter/Blower) and using 2-stroke fuel.

• Attention to detail, genuine care and passion for native environments.

• Physically fit, self-motivated and able to function in a team environment.

• Reliable, with a good sense of humour.

• Currently living in Perth, WA and Australian resident/citizen.

Salary is negotiated based upon qualifications and experience, initially the positions are Graduate Positions.
