The supervisor is SMS’d from operational staff as they move from site to site so in an instant we can let our clients know when we will be on site, how long we have been on site, estimate how long left on site. Email before and after photos should they be required and any JSA’s, safety forms or job reports.
With advanced scheduling management, appointment reminders and automated navigation, our staff arrive on time, every time and can be located at a click of a button.
As well as recording the before and after results of each job, each picture is branded with site specific details. A JSA and job report card is completed and made available immediately to our client.
We know where our staff are at all times, and therefore can respond to any requests immediately.
